TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to these terms.
GENERAL TERMS
What I cannot draw:
Nsfw, Mech, Gore, Furry-Artist rights-
•I retain all rights to the finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which include but is not limited to: distribution & reproduction (feature in artbook with client's permission), self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples.
• I have right to decline your commission request for personal reasons.
• I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.
-Client rights-
Any use of artworks needs to credit the artist.

Personal use
• All commissions are allowed to be used for gifting, personal prints, use on social medias with credit to the artist.
• Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, color draft, etc.) I provide for any use.
• Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is OK.

Commercial use
• Use for streaming or as assets for streaming are allowed with credit to the artist.

Merchandise use
Use for prints, charms, clothing, etc, with the intent to sell is a 100% upcharge of the original commission price.

• None of my art are to be used in any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, crypto currency, AI image generators and future inventions of these technologies.

PAYMENT
• Only accepting commissions on Vgen. (if you have a special request dm me first)
• Commission will be prioritized in the order of the commission list, unless you paid for rushed orders.REFUND POLICY
Full refund = The net amount I received after PayPal transaction fee deduction.• Strictly no refund once I've started working on the sketch or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.
• If I am unable to finish the Commission due to unpredictable emergencies (natural disasters, illness, prolonged electricity outage, etc.), I will give a full refund.DEADLINE AND WORKFLOW
• I will work following the order and deadlines on Commission List. If for any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will tell you as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please provide it in Commission Form.
• Process consists of 3 stages: sketch → line art → color/shading (finished artwork).
• Time between sketch and finished artwork is around 1 to 4 weeks, no longer than 4 weeks if nothing occurs suddenly.
• The finished artwork will be delivered via Vgen (email or google drive link if files are too large) .png image format. This does not include the working files (.psd, .csp). File will be of highest resolution (300dpi) and include a small watermark.REVISIONS
• Maximum of 4 revisions (4 rounds) in the sketch stage, 2 minor revisions in lineart and color stage. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.
• Free revisions are limited to what was agreed upon in Commission Form and minor changes. Major revisions outside the scope of the Form which require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost additional fee. I may offer changes for the composition that I think will fit your requirement, the final decisions are yours and my suggestions are all free.
